The Hilton San Diego Bayfront is looking to add a Recreation and Pool agent to join their team! If you have a bright personality and the passion to service guests while providing a fun environment during their stay, this is the role for you!

• Classification: Seasonal (position will end in September 2025)
• Shifts: Open availability required, shifts will vary between 8 am to 10 pm
• Hourly rate: $22

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Open and flexible availability to work
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
• Creative, outgoing, and professional personality
• The ability to work outdoors for an extended period of time

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and attend to their pool-related needs, including providing towels, relocating chairs and umbrellas, confirming registration, and issuing recreational equipment
• Clean the pool area, including furniture, tiles, decks, and cabanas
• Collect and replenish pool towels, monitor inventory to minimize loss
• Maintain equipment such as umbrellas, speakers, pool toys, etc.
• Monitor facility use and report potential hazards
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and service issues
• Perform general recreation duties as needed
