Schedule & Compensation

A flexible schedule is available, with the ability to work mornings, nights, late nights, weekends, and holidays. The starting wage for this position is $25.30 per hour.

Responsibilities

As a Utility Steward/Dishwasher, you will be responsible for transporting and cleaning cooking utensils, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting our commitment to outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specific tasks include:

1. Washing dishes and operating the dishwasher to clean chinaware, silverware, and utensils
2. Scrubbing pots and pans
3. Burnishing, de-tarnishing, and polishing silver
4. Stocking and maintaining supplies and equipment
5. Performing cleaning duties such as mopping and trash removal
6. Transporting and storing clean items
7. Training other stewards as needed
8. Preparing and organizing items for events and functions
