Job Description

This position is responsible for soliciting and booking recreational day group trips to the resort, including alpine and Nordic skiing, weekly school programs, scenic gondola trips, canopy tours, guided bike/hike trips, golf tournaments, and other activities. It also involves recruiting new memberships for the BW Club and enhancing membership offerings, overseeing major events at the ski area and golf clubhouse, and managing the Membership experience, including supervising the Membership Manager and Membership Supervisor.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily Membership experience and guide staff on policies and procedures.
  • Solicit day ski area groups and collaborate with Ticket and Sales Managers.
  • Market and grow the BW Club membership.
  • Coordinate major events at the ski area and golf clubhouse.
  • Participate in creating and implementing seasonal events and social activities.
  • Maintain communication across departments for events and ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Work with the resort's marketing team for planning and promotion.
  • Coordinate with the CS Manager for event logistics, including paperwork and special requests.
  • Maintain event files, evaluate event success, and follow up with executives.
Qualifications
  • College diploma plus three years of relevant experience or equivalent training and experience.
  • Experience in event promotion, implementation, or marketing preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle unexpected situations calmly.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work in stressful environments.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and in adverse weather conditions.
  • Ability to ski and/or snowboard at an expert level.
  • Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
