A vehicle recovery firm in Balch Springs, Texas, is seeking a Recovery Agent. This full-time position involves providing top-tier customer service and completing repossession tasks. Ideal candidates should be 25+, have a clean driving record, and be willing to learn. Training is provided, and candidates should maintain a positive attitude. Flexible shift options are available, including day and night shifts.

Formación

• Must be at least 25 years old.
• Must have no felonies on record for at least 7 years.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Be willing to learn the asset recovery services field.
• Be able to maintain, operate and keep the assigned vehicle clean.
• Obtain/retain a valid DOT medical card.

Responsabilidades

• Provide the highest level of customer service.
• Complete updates on each case when required by the client.
• Complete condition reports and inventory personal property.
