Job summary

Horizon Health and Wellness is seeking a Recovery Tech in Casa Grande, AZ to supervise residents and support their daily activities at residential centers. You will provide coaching, education, and compassionate supervision while upholding safety standards in a trauma-informed environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with behavioral health experience, 21+, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma/GED with behavioral health experience or a BA/BS in behavioral health field.
• Must be 21+ years old; valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; comfortable with long shifts and shifts nights/weekends.
• Experience with CPI or crisis de-escalation techniques in crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily routine of residents in home or community settings.
• Provide support through individual and group education, coaching and mentoring.
• Ensure health, safety and well‑being of residents; maintain cleanliness of facility.
• OperateAgency vehicle as needed and assist with crisis management when required.
