The Recovery Tech role supports residents through supervision, crisis de-escalation, and daily activities in trauma-informed settings, aligning with our Kindness Matters philosophy. Qualified candidates bring Behavioral Health experience, CPI/CRISIS de-escalation skills, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED with four years of behavioral health experience, or a bachelor's in a behavioral health field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to work nights/weekends when needed.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily routines of residents, including activities in home or community settings.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility and ensure a positive experience for residents.
