Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Recovery Specialist II to contribute to our energy of financial services within a hybrid work environment in Westlake, OH.

You will handle specialized accounts, mentor peers, and respond to department emails while supporting a team-driven recovery strategy. The role emphasizes adherence to FDCPA standards, strong documentation, and collaborative problem solving to meet monthly KPIs and improve recoveries.

Formación

• 3 years of collections and call center experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve department and individual goals to reduce charge-offs and increase recoveries.
• Make outbound collection calls on at-risk accounts and manage inbound calls from consumers.
• Use questioning techniques to overcome objections and employs skip tracing where needed.
• Document all account activity and consumer interactions accurately.
• Adhere to FDCPA standards and state laws; follow company policies.
• Lead and mentor peers; assist in training new hires on recovery processes.
