Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Director of Collections & Recovery in Westlake, OH. This senior role designs and drives end-to-end collections strategies, overseeing early-stage to outsourced agency operations and ensuring strong portfolio performance with regulatory compliance.

You will partner with Risk, Customer Service, Operations, Compliance, and Finance to reduce delinquency, maximize recoveries, and modernize processes while managing vendor relationships and omni-channel communications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in consumer lending, financial services collections, or related credit risk.
• At least 3 years leading collections staff, cross-functional teams, or vendor/tech initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of FDCPA, Reg F, UDAAP, TCPA, and state collection laws; compliance experience is preferred.
• Proven success improving portfolio performance through strategy, analytics, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a companywide collections strategy to reduce delinquency and optimize recoveries.
• Lead early-stage to late-stage collections and supervise vendor/agency operations.
• Oversee outbound dialing, text/email workflows, and channel optimization for contact rates.
• Ensure compliance, QA monitoring, and audit readiness across collection processes.
