Responsibilities

• Guide the Recovery Journey for clients by monitoring progress and reporting on personal goals.
• Promote empowerment with a recovery-first mindset and trauma-informed language.
• Lead daily activities with clinical team to maintain routine and structure.
• Assist with meals and observe medication administration following safety protocols.
• Provide transportation and help new clients settle in and orient to rules.
