Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience with college combined may qualify.
• Various certifications may be required based on experience level.

Responsibilities

• Guide the Recovery Journey by observing progress and reporting on goals.
• Promote a recovery-first mindset with trauma-informed care.
• Lead daily activities with the clinical team and manage routine.
• Assist with meal prep and observe medication administration when needed.
• Support intake, orientation, and belongings inventory for new clients.
• Drive clients to appointments and community events; provide backup coverage.
• Monitor safety, document checks, and ensure smooth shift hand-offs.
