Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree accepted as alternative.
• Certifications may be required depending on experience.
• Personal recovery experience and willingness to discuss it as appropriate.
• Demonstrated skills in human services and in services to adults.
• Ability to accept supervision and work within organizational structure.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and insurability.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Empower clients through recovery-focused, trauma-informed care emphasizing hope, respect, wellness, and self-advocacy, including WRAP.
• Model professionalism and personal responsibility while supporting clients in recovery.
• Deliver individualized, goal-directed services aligned with treatment and safety plans, with at least 65% direct client contact.
• Assist clients in connecting with natural supports and community resources to promote independence.
