Job summary

Recovery Innovations is seeking a full-time Constable to provide a safe, recovery-oriented environment using recovery coaching and non-violent de-escalation as a first approach. Holds may be used as a last resort to ensure safety and that involuntary guests remain on site.

You will welcome individuals, provide safe transport, and maintain security within the facility. The role requires Peer Support Specialist certification, prior law enforcement or constable experience, and at least two years in

Qualifications

Peer Employment Training certification required.
Law enforcement experience within the last five years or prior employment as a Constable.
Minimum two years of behavioral health experience; crisis environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide a safe, recovery-oriented environment with dignity using recovery coaching.
Perform safe transport of individuals as directed.
Ensure safety and security of individuals within the facility.
Support involuntary individuals during evaluation process.
Document information and comply with all regulations and policies.
