Hanley Foundation in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Recovery Advocate to assist with daily operations, coordinate patient needs, and support admissions and transportation.

You will facilitate 12-step lectures, document client services, and uphold confidentiality while reporting to the Recovery Advocate Supervisor. Experience in helping professions and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a helping profession preferred.
• If in recovery, one (1) year of continuous sobriety required.
• Must produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and pass MVR requirements per policy.

Mansioni

• Act as a Liaison between clients and staff and relay pertinent client information.
• Supervise daily client operations and attend to their needs and best interests.
• Provide thorough, accurate, and timely documentation of client services.
• Assist clients with transportation needs.
• Communicate and set limits with culturally diverse clients.
• Maintain the safety of the clients and the security of the facility.
• Participate in the intake and discharge process of clients.
• Administer drug screens.
• Instruct recovery-based lectures as assigned.
• Protect client confidentiality following Hanley Foundation Policy.
