Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with technology hardware, systems and tools; training provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitors patient activities and conducts security checks.
• Performs direct patient care and ensures patient safety.
• Assist with daily schedule activities and transportation of patients as needed.
• Document rounds, notes, and end-of-shift reports; maintain medical records.
• Support patient orientation and visitation processes; maintain confidentiality.
