Job summary

Recovery Centers of America in Indianapolis is seeking a Recovery Support Specialist (RSS) to join the patient care team. You will provide direct support to individuals in treatment for substance use disorders, helping create a safe, structured, and supportive environment that promotes recovery.

You will monitor activities, engage with patients, assist with admissions and discharges, support crisis interventions, and document all interactions accurately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of experience in addiction services or behavioral health preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with behavior modification techniques and 12-step recovery principles.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all patient interactions.

Responsibilities
