Job summary

Mirror Inc. is seeking a Lead Recovery Support Specialist to supervise Recovery Support Specialists and coordinate coverage for residential clients. The role involves charting client behavior, handling clerical duties, and assisting clinical staff with audits.

You will work with the Regional Area Director to ensure program policies and procedures are followed, provide training, and help maintain supplies and security. A strong focus on communication and teamwork is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in administrative, secretarial or clerical tasks preferred.
• Proficiency in computer skills and ability to manage program and client materials.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule Recovery Support Specialists as directed by Regional Area Director.
• Chart client behavior and manage related documentation.
• Assist with clinical and administrative staff compliance and audit processes.
• Perform clerical tasks and maintain inventory of office and facility supplies.
• Provide educational presentations and assist with offender recreation therapy as directed.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in program planning and reviews.
• Handle weekend/over-time scheduling as needed.
• Support the treatment program with policy interpretation and staff training.
