Job summary

Mirror in Wichita, KS is seeking a Lead Recovery Support Specialist to supervise and schedule Recovery Support Specialists for residential clients. The role requires understanding Mirror's treatment model and interacting with clients accordingly.

You will also handle charting client behavior, clerical tasks, and assist clinical staff. The position may involve weekend work and some light kitchen duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in administrative, secretarial or clerical tasks.
• Proficiency with computers and Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Awareness of addictive behaviors and recovery processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be available to work varying schedules, including weekends.
• Assist the site Director with paperwork demands of the program.
• Serve as technical policy advisor to staff; write technical memos and reports.
• Review daily operations for compliance and propose corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver training on program policies and procedures.
• Supervise clients during assigned hours and monitor groups.
• Maintain an accurate inventory and stock for office and facility needs.
• Provide educational presentations and facilitate recreation therapy as directed.
• Attend all staff meetings and assist with audits.
• Assist clinical and administrative staff with compliance and audit processes.
• Some limited food preparation on weekends and mornings; supervise kitchen cleanup.
• Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor.
