This full-time role uses lived experience to inspire hope, requires strong communication, and involves coordinating with families, attending meetings, and developing Recovery Plans with measurable goals.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be 21 years of age and have valid driver's license.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach and engagement with parents/caregivers and families.
• Develop Recovery Plans with measurable goals and resources.
• Connect clients to community supports and transportation.
• Attend team meetings and participate in case consultations.
• Educate families on navigating treatment and recovery supports.
• Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication.
• Model recovery and empower self-determined choices.
