Hart House, a residential recovery program under Beth Israel Lahey Health, seeks a Recovery Specialist to support pregnant and parenting women through recovery with therapy, parenting education, and family services. The role is per diem, requiring flexibility and commitment to compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to women and families through recovery stages.
• Collaborate with Clinical Supervisor to monitor client progress.
• Search client belongings on admission and discharge per policy.
• Complete checklists, documentation and records promptly.
• Observe and supervise buildings and grounds.
• Provide transportation to families as needed.
