Zusammenfassung

The Hart House at Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Recovery Specialist to support pregnant and/or parenting women in a 24-hour structured environment. You will monitor client activities, conduct wellbeing checks, and assist with admissions and documentation, including searches and checklists.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; experience with the substance use population preferred; a valid MA driver’s license preferred.

Aufgaben

• Ensures safety and structure of the program milieu by monitoring client activities.
• Observes and supervises clients and unit; conducts 30 minute client well-being checks.
• Conducts telephone admission screenings and other admissions duties.
• Searches client belongings on admission and at discharge or as directed by supervisor.
• Completes all necessary checklists, shift documentation and records in a timely manner per agency policies.
