Shepherd Outsourcing LLC is seeking a Recovery Specialist to work directly with consumers to resolve outstanding balances, representing the company with professionalism and integrity. This in-office, performance-driven role requires reliability, clear communication, accuracy, and a willingness to learn and improve.

The position is in Greenville, SC, in-office, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST with base pay plus monthly bonuses, paid training, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous collections or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to help consumers resolve past-due accounts.
• Build rapport while communicating clearly, confidently, and professionally.
• Accurately document account activity with detailed, thorough notes.
• Meet established performance and compliance expectations.
• Apply coaching and feedback to continuously improve your performance.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Contribute to a positive, accountable, team-focused culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
