Responsibilities

• Guide residents through daily living skills such as self-care, budgeting, and medication education.
• Provide supportive, recovery‑oriented counseling grounded in best practices.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation to maintain a safe, welcoming home.
• Drive residents to appointments and activities using a program van.
• Administer medications in line with DPW standards.
• Respond calmly and confidently in crisis moments.
• Keep accurate documentation and billable service records.
• Advocate for residents and model healthy communication and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with the program coordinator and teammates to support each resident's goals.

Case Manager - Residential Recovery Program

Collingswood, NJ| $25/hour | Full-Time Make a real difference in people's recovery journeys. As a case manager with Chimes' Residential Recovery Program, you'll walk alongside residents as they rebuild daily living skills, work toward independence, and create healthier futures - all in a small, supportive team environment with a manageable caseload of 4-5 residents.

Shifts Available

• Monday‑Friday, 12:00 PM‑8:00 PM with rotating weekends

What You'll Do

• Guide residents through daily living skills - self-care, budgeting, and medication education


• Provide supportive, recovery-oriented counseling grounded in best practices


• Help maintain a safe, welcoming home through light housekeeping and meal prep


• Drive residents to appointments and activities using a program van


• Administer medications in line with DPW standards


• Respond calmly and confidently in crisis moments


• Keep accurate documentation and billable service records


• Advocate for residents and model healthy communication and conflict resolution


• Partner with your program coordinator and team to support each resident's individual goals

What You'll Bring
