Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Case Manager for its Residential Recovery Program in Collingswood, NJ. The role pays $25/hour and is full-time, with shifts Monday–Friday 12:00 PM–8:00 PM and rotating weekends.

You will guide residents in daily living skills, provide recovery-oriented counseling, and help with transportation, medications, and documentation. The position requires an Associate's degree with 1 year of human services experience, strong communication, compassion, and a valid driver's license to

• Strong communicator who thrives both independently and on a team
• Compassionate, flexible, recovery-oriented mindset
• Comfort managing a small caseload (4–5 residents)
• Valid driver's license and willingness to transport residents

Responsibilities

• Guide residents through daily living skills — self-care, budgeting, and medication education
• Provide supportive, recovery-oriented counseling grounded in best practices
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming home through light housekeeping and meal prep
• Drive residents to appointments and activities using a program van
• Administer medications in line with DPW standards
• Respond calmly and confidently in crisis moments
• Keep accurate documentation and billable service records
• Advocate for residents and model healthy communication and conflict resolution
• Partner with your program coordinator and team to support each resident's individual goals
