Job summary

Chimes’ Residential Recovery Program in Collingswood, NJ is seeking a Case Manager to guide residents as they rebuild daily living skills, budgeting, and medication education, in a small, supportive team with a caseload of 4–5 residents.

The role offers weekday shifts, Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM with rotating weekends, and involves recovery-oriented counseling to help residents move toward independence in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 1 year of human services experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Strong communicator who thrives both independently and on a team.
• Compassionate, flexible, recovery-oriented mindset.
• Comfort managing a small caseload (4–5 residents).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to transport residents.
