Job summary

Chimes' Residential Recovery Program in Collingswood, NJ is seeking a Case Manager to guide residents as they rebuild daily living skills, work toward independence, and pursue healthier futures in a small, supportive team with a caseload of 4–5 residents.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM with rotating weekends; requires an Associate's degree with 1 year of human services experience or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator who thrives both independently and on a team.
• A compassionate, flexible, recovery-oriented mindset.
• Comfort managing a small caseload (4–5 residents).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to transport residents.
