Chimes in Aldan, PA is hiring a Recovery Specialist for its Residential Recovery Program. The role focuses on guiding residents in daily living skills, budgeting, and medication education within a small, supportive team.

You will provide recovery-oriented counseling, help with light housekeeping and meal prep, and transport residents to appointments. Expect a 4–5 resident caseload and a collaborative environment dedicated to progress and safety.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 1 year of human services experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Strong communicator who thrives both independently and on a team.
• Compassionate, flexible, recovery-oriented mindset.
• Comfort managing a small caseload (4–5 residents).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to transport residents.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for residents and model healthy communication and conflict resolution.
• Partner with your program coordinator and team to support each resident's individual goals.

Aldan, PA | $18/hour | Part-Time

Make a real difference in people's recovery journeys. As a Recovery Specialist with Chimes' Residential Recovery Program, you'll walk alongside residents as they rebuild daily living skills, work toward independence, and create healthier futures — all in a small, supportive team environment with a manageable caseload of 4–5 residents.

Shifts Available

Every other weekend:

• Saturday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM


• Saturday–Sunday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM


• Saturday–Sunday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

What You'll Do
