Job summary

Chimes' Residential Recovery Program in Aldan, PA is hiring a Recovery Specialist at $18/hour for a part-time, on-site role. You’ll guide residents through daily living skills, budgeting, and medication education, with a small caseload of 4–5 residents and weekend shifts.

You’ll transport residents, administer medications per DPW standards, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with your program coordinator to support each resident’s goals in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 1 year of human services experience, or equivalent combination
• Strong communicator with ability to work independently and in a team
• Compassionate, flexible, recovery-oriented mindset

• Guide residents through daily living skills — self-care, budgeting, and medication education

• Help maintain a safe, welcoming home through light housekeeping and meal prep
• Drive residents to appointments and activities using a program van
• Administer medications in line with DPW standards
• Respond calmly and confidently in crisis moments
• Keep accurate documentation and billable service records
• Advocate for residents and model healthy communication and conflict resolution
• Partner with your program coordinator and team to support each resident's individual goals

Make a real difference in people's recovery journeys. As a Recovery Specialist with Chimes' Residential Recovery Program, you'll walk alongside residents as they rebuild daily living skills, work toward independence, and create healthier futures — all in a small, supportive team environment with a manageable caseload of 4–5 residents.

Shifts Available

Every other weekend:

• Saturday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM


• Saturday–Sunday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM


• Saturday–Sunday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

What You'll Do
