Job summary

UFC GYM Pittsburgh is seeking a Recovery Specialist to guide members through recovery services, sell sessions, and support program participation. You will manage recovery bookings, provide myofascial release or other modalities, and help grow the member base.

Ideal candidates have sales experience (0-1 year), passion for fitness, and current dotFIT certification (or in club). On-site role with flexible scheduling and opportunities for ongoing training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience with recovery modalities.
• Sales experience (0-1 year).
• Friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Current dotFIT certification (or in club).

Responsibilities

• Conduct Recovery Tours to sell and service members.
• Book recovery appointments during check-ins and phone/in-person outreach.
• Provide myofascial release, or other recovery modalities to members.
• Assist members and encourage member involvement in Recovery Membership
• Ensure accurate administration of members recovery programs.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and attentive for all appointments.
• Assist in all revenue-generating activities, including but not limited to: complimentary tours/sessions, recovery booths, seminars, workshops, etc.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized recovery area
• Monitor member safety during recovery sessions
