Job summary

UFC GYM - Downtown Pittsburgh is hiring for a Recovery & Member Services role. You will conduct Recovery Tours, book appointments, and provide myofascial release and other recovery modalities to members.

Ideal candidates have experience with recovery modalities, sales exposure, and a friendly, positive attitude. DOTFIT certification (or in-club) is preferred; training and development are provided, with a competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience with recovery modalities.
• Sales experience (0-1 year).
• Friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Current dotFIT certification (or in club) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Recovery Tours to sell and service members.
• Book recovery appointments during check-ins and outreach.
• Provide myofascial release or other recovery modalities to members.
• Assist members and encourage member involvement in Recovery Membership.
• Ensure accurate administration of members recovery programs.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and attentive for all appointments.
• Assist in revenue-generating activities (tours/sessions, booths, seminars).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized recovery area.
• Monitor member safety during recovery sessions.
