Job summary

UFC GYM in Pittsburgh is seeking a Recovery Specialist to help members improve performance and recovery. You will conduct Recovery Tours, book appointments, and provide myofascial release and other modalities.

The role requires experience with recovery modalities, sales experience, and a dotFIT certification. We offer a set schedule, health benefits, free uniforms, employee discounts, ongoing training, and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience with recovery modalities.
• Sales experience (0-1 year).
• Friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Current dotFIT certification (or in club).

Responsibilities

• Conduct Recovery Tours to sell and service members.
• Book recovery appointments during check-ins and phone/in-person outreach.
• Provide myofascial release, or other recovery modalities to members.
• Assist members and encourage member involvement in Recovery Membership.
• Ensure accurate administration of members recovery programs.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and attentive for all appointments.
• Assist in all revenue-generating activities, including tours/sessions, recovery booths, seminars, workshops, etc.

• Monitor member safety during recovery sessions
