Job summary

UFC GYM Day Spa Lead is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering great member service in our Recovery Centers.

You will lead client interactions, oversee sessions, promote the Train Different philosophy, and drive subscriptions to the Recovery Center while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Successful candidates have a customer-service and sales background, current dotFIT and CPR/AED certifications, and the flexibility to work weekends across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service and sales.
• Current dotFIT certification (or in progress).
• Current CPR/AED certification (or in progress).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Focus on delivering a positive customer experience in the Recovery Centers.
• Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its Train Different philosophy.
• Lead Recovery sessions with state of the art modalities.
• Sell subscriptions to the Recovery Center and provide introductory sessions.
• Maintain organization and neat presentation of the Recovery Center.
• Respond professionally to guest, member and staff inquiries.
• Encourage member involvement in the Recovery Center.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs (dotFIT, supplements, modality usage).
• Drive sales and contribute to a high-performance team.

Position Overview

UFC GYM Day Spa Lead is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering great member service in our Recovery Centers.

Responsibilities

• Bring T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life.
• Conduct safe and effective Recovery sessions using our state of the art modalities.
• Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the Recovery Center.
• Respond professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members and staff.
• Sell subscriptions to the Recovery Center and provide introductory session for members and guests.
• Assist members and encourage member involvement in the Recovery Center.
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs (dotFIT, supplements, and modality usage).
