Job summary

UFC GYM is hiring to lead private and small group training, integrating recovery therapies, and guiding members through personalized programs. The role emphasizes performance coaching, safe technique, and client progress tracking within a high-energy fitness environment.

The position involves promoting revenue-generating activities, managing program administration, and maintaining professional standards during all sessions.

Qualifications

• Licensed massage therapist (LMT), Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist OR have experience with recovery modalities.
• Experience in private training from assessment to program design.
• Friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Current dotFIT certification (or in progress)

Responsibilities

• Sell and conduct private & small group training with members.
• Provide Manual Therapy, massage, myofascial release, assisted stretching, or other recovery modalities to members.
• Assist members and encourage member involvement in private training and recovery
• Ensure accurate administration of client programs (dotFIT, supplements, measurement tracking, workouts, etc).
• Assist members and encourage their involvement in private training and recovery corner modalities.
• Ensure accurate administration of Client Programs, supplement purchases, measurement tracking, and workout and recovery programs.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and attentive for all appointments.
• Assist in all revenue-generating activities, including but not limited to: complimentary workouts, recovery booths, body fat tables, seminars, workshops, etc.
