Job summary

UFC GYM in Pittsburgh is seeking a Recovery Membership Specialist to sell and service members during Recovery Tours, book appointments, and provide recovery modalities. You will assist members and promote Recovery Membership programs, while maintaining accurate program records.

Join a fitness-focused workplace with on-site classes and wellness programs. Responsibilities include revenue activities, keeping the recovery area clean and safe, and supporting member engagement with recertification

Qualifications

• Experience with recovery modalities.
• Sales experience (0-1 year).
• Friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude.
• Current dotFIT certification (or in club).

Responsibilities

• Conduct Recovery Tours to sell and service members.
• Book recovery appointments during check-ins and phone/in-person outreach.
• Provide myofascial release, or other recovery modalities to members.
• Assist members and encourage member involvement in Recovery Membership
• Ensure accurate administration of members recovery programs.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and attentive for all appointments.
• Assist in all revenue-generating activities, including but not limited to: complimentary tours/sessions, recovery booths, seminars, workshops, etc.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized recovery area
• Monitor member safety during recovery sessions
