Job summary

Mental Health Partnerships is seeking a full-time Program Manager to coordinate services for the Delco Project Share Recovery Learning Center and mentor the staff. The role emphasizes participant choice, harm reduction, and recovery-focused practice, with oversight to support self-identified recovery goals.

The position is on-site, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, retirement plan and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum BA degree and two years of mental health experience or HS diploma and five years of mental health experience.
• Minimum of three years of management/supervisory experience.
• Certified Peer Specialist credentials are a plus.
• Knowledge of community resources and systems; financial and social resources; interviewing and assessment.
• Basic computer skills including email, EHRs, internet research, and time sheet management.

Responsibilities

• Leads overall service coordination; ensures adherence to accreditation, certification and regulatory standards; establishes and implements procedures and monitors participant visits.
• Hires, trains, evaluates, and develops staff; conducts weekly supervisory meetings.
• Develops and implements recovery education classes/groups and activities.
• Develops and tracks outputs/outcomes for the Recovery Learning Center.
• Cultivates relationships with outside agencies and community organizations; engages with community to increase referrals and partnerships.
• Reviews and approves staff EHR entries; ensures participant satisfaction through auditing and monitoring records.
