Duties include documenting progress in EHRs, coordinating housing resources, and ensuring safety and quality standards. The position offers a four-day workweek (Mon–Thu, 9:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of related work experience including internships and volunteer work.
• Credentialed as a Certified Peer Specialist is a plus; if program in Delaware, credentialed as a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist within 6 months of hire.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must possess basic computer skills to perform job duties including desktop computing, e-mail, time sheet management, electronic health records, internet research, etc.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions.

Responsibilities

• Creates and facilitates group curriculum and lesson plans for recovery skill building and whole health.
• Organizes participants into groups and encourages mutual support.
• Collaborates with participants to identify and access community resources.
• Supports development of a participant's recovery plan and coordinates supports.
• Documents progress in the electronic health records system and maintains logs and reports.
• Monitors the community for safety and ensures program compliance with policies.
