Qualifications

• High School diploma and pursuing an Associate's degree.
• Two years of work experience in business, non-profit, or government entity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily gatekeeping of referrals and the referral pool.
• Field calls and emails about referrals and inquiries relating to the Recovery House Initiative.
• Track data and prepare reports including the Daily Census and monthly reviews.
• Schedule meetings, take minutes, and maintain Recovery House documents.
• Assist with licensing requirements and HHIS/CEABRS adherence.
• Participate in trainings and planning activities with internal and external partners.
