Job summary

Heritage Behavioral Health Center seeks a Program Manager to lead a Community Support Services team across multiple sites, including client homes and community settings. You will supervise staff, conduct assessments, and ensure compliance with standards while delivering direct clinical services as needed.

The role emphasizes off-site service delivery, crisis and treatment planning, and collaboration with stakeholders to support individuals’ recovery goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Licensure as CADC, LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LCPC is highly recommended.
• Experience with individuals with mental health or substance use diagnoses is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide team and individual supervision.
• Complete supervisor tracking to monitor quality measures and standards.
• Deliver direct services off-site, aligned with service plans and locations.
