Qualifications

• Eligibility to become a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) within 1 year.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating programs or events.
• Experience facilitating groups or trainings.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of the Recovery Scholars Seminar Program each semester.
• Collaborate with facilitators to track attendance and evaluate seminars.
• Lead program recruitment efforts on and off campus.
• Develop standardized resources, workflows, and documentation.
• Provide recovery coaching and document coaching sessions.
• Manage student trips, events, and related budgets.
