Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a Residential Advisor of Recovery Housing to support a safe, structured living environment for residents in early sobriety. You will act as a peer leader, fostering accountability and life skills while coordinating with staff.

Shifts include 1st and 2nd; at least a high school diploma or GED and extended sobriety are required. A valid driving record and CPR/First Aid training are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and extended sobriety required.
• Lived experience in recovery with extended sobriety.
• CPR/First aid training may be required.
• Must have a valid, clean driving record with current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and sober environment.
• Provide peer support and mentorship.
