Job summary

Casa Esperanza is seeking an Associate Program Director to lead the Conexiones program at the Tewksbury site, ensuring a safe, therapeutic, recovery‑oriented environment and high‑quality patient care. The role blends program management, milieu coordination, and clinical oversight to meet licensing and best practices.

You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, patient flow, safety protocols, and staff supervision while coordinating with clinical, medical, and administrative teams to maintain

Qualifications

• Experience supervising clinical or operational staff in a behavioral health setting.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (BSAS, DPH, CARF, SAMHSA, DEA).
• Ability to manage patient flow, safety, and crisis response.
• Budget monitoring and resource management.
