Job summary

Casa Esperanza, Inc. in Massachusetts seeks an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Conexiones ITS nursing and recovery specialist teams at Tewksbury Hospital.

You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure medical records and medication management meet regulatory standards. Qualifications

• Massachusetts Licensed Registered Nurse required.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.
• Knowledge of substance use treatment and clinical stabilization standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing and recovery staff operations.
• Collaborate with program leadership to develop Nursing SOPs and protocols.
• Mentor and train nursing, unit management and recovery specialists.
• Coordinate patient care plans and medication management.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation.
