Recovery Innovations in Raleigh, NC is seeking a dedicated Peer Support Specialist I to join our Crisis Wake Recovery Response Center team. This full-time, non-exempt role involves engaging individuals in recovery, teaching recovery tools, and advocating for their needs within a supportive, peer-led environment.

The position requires completion of Peer Employment Training and a Peer Support Specialist certification, with a schedule of Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 7:00 AM to

• Successful completion of Peer Employment Training and Certification as a Peer Support Specialist.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Provide peer support to engage individuals in recovery and identify goals.
• Teach recovery and life skills using recovery tools.
• Maintain compliance with policies and complete clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to arrange services and supports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
