Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of active participation in mental health self-help or peer programs.
• 2 years of work experience in a community-based role.
• CRPA or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide peer support to health consumers and orient to programs.
• Encourage use of resources to maximize wellness and independence.
• Complete and document Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP).
• Facilitate discharge planning groups and community transition.
• Travel within the region to member homes as needed.
• Support and advocate for members in appointments and meetings.
