Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Valid driver's license in good standing required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and database navigation required.

Responsibilities

• Model recovery and provide peer supports for participants.
• Facilitate recovery groups based on established curricula.
• Assist participants in regaining independence and monitoring progress.
• Support SI PROS community space, ensuring safety and a supportive environment.
• Assist with meal services at SI PROS.
