Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Preferred: bachelor’s degree or extensive related experience in SUD, at-risk populations, social work, or counseling.
• One year of professional experience required; graduate coursework may substitute for up to one year.

Responsibilities

• Conduct SUD screenings using validated tools and perform crisis intervention.
• Provide education to prevent overdoses and disease spread; distribute naloxone.
• Build partnerships with SSPs, ROps, mental health and treatment providers.
• Link clients to services including mental health, treatment, harm reduction, and primary care.
• Maintain detailed documentation and complete progress notes and referrals.
• Attend team meetings and training to improve service delivery.
• Travel with mileage reimbursement as needed.
