Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct SUD screenings using validated tools and perform crisis counseling.
• Deliver education to prevent overdose deaths and disease spread.
• Build partnerships with SSPs, ROps, mental health agencies, and treatment providers.
• Link clients to mental health, substance use treatment, harm-reduction services.
• Diligently document progress notes and referrals in compliant record systems.
• Travel as required with mileage reimbursement.
• Attend team meetings and trainings to improve service delivery.
