The role involves coordinating with external repo vendors and internal departments, reviewing notices, and authorizing fees and invoices while maintaining service standards.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with multiple databases and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review impound accounts for pickup and compliance.
• Coordinate recovery of seized vehicles per guidelines.
• Maintain supplier communication and follow-up on assignments.
• Queue accounts for appropriate follow-up actions.
