Recovery Corps, powered by Ampact, seeks Recovery Navigators to provide peer support and guide participants through recovery journeys in Minnesota. The role offers AmeriCorps training, a stipend, and opportunities to engage with social services and community outreach.

Positions run for the 2026-27 program year with full-time and part-time hours and nationwide education benefits. Join us to help build healthier communities through peer mentorship.

Qualifications

Fluent in English for speaking, reading and writing (Essential Qualifications).
Basic computer skills (like email and navigating online).
Dependable with a history of good attendance.
Able to set a pace and maintain a service schedule, depending on hours commitment.

Responsibilities

Foster strong relationships with participants.
Lean on own recovery experience to provide mentoring and peer support.
Connect participants with social service resources and programs.
Track participant recovery plan progress.
Participate in training and professional development throughout the year, including the Peer Recovery Support training.
Share your experience with the community.
