Bridgeway Community Health seeks a Certified Recovery Mentor to join our residential treatment team in Oregon. The mentor supports clients, connects them with counselors, and helps enroll in services, while advocating for resources and education within the community.

Ideal candidates have lived recovery experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours. Collaboration with the treatment team and documentation of client progress are essential aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Peer Support Specialist Certification or CRM required.
• Personal experience with addiction and recovery.
• Ability to work flexible hours and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for incoming clients and support enrollment.
• Assist clients in connecting to counseling and resources.
• Advocate and educate community organizations on addiction services.
• Coordinate with treatment team on plans and referrals.
• Escort clients to appointments and document progress.
