Qualifications

High School Diploma (or equivalent).
Must have personal lived experience with Substance Use Disorder and continuous recovery for 2 years prior to hire.
CRM-I certification or eligibility to obtain within 6 months; THW certification or similar within 6 months.
CPR and First Aid certification current or obtainable within 60 days.

Responsibilities

Participates in recovery coaching with clients using outreach, scheduling, and engagement calls.
Provides client transportation as needed and approved by supervisor.
Assists with home visits and supports sober activities in the community.
Supports clients by linking to resources (food, housing, primary care, education).
Takes notes in the EMR system and tracks attendance and participation.
Assists prep and cleanup for evening groups and backs up clinicians in groups.
